W.C. Stone Property Management Co, Inc. AMO® is a multi-service firm. Our team of knowledgeable professionals has the expertise needed to provide you with the complete assurance that your property will be managed efficiently and all problems handled promptly. Our firm manages the daily operations, accounting, and administration of various commercial, office and warehouse parks and buildings as well as residential properties in Southeastern Massachusetts from Weymouth to Dartmouth. We also manage a private nine hole golf course and have experience managing private sewerage treatment plants.

Management Services

	We employ experienced, professional bookkeeping and administrative personnel.
	Our staff is always available for client questions during normal business hours.
	We handle all corrspondence for you.
	We administer the maintenance of the property, both ongoing and preventative.
	We solicit proposals and contracts for any services in addition to general maintenance.
	We supervise all work performed by contracted agents, i.e. painting, roofing, etc., and assure satisfaction before payment is made.
	We periodically conduct general inspections and submit reports detailing recommendations on needed repairs and approximate costs.

Accounting Services

All monies are held in FDIC institutions.

We provide monthly and year-end statements with comparisons to budget.

	We collect all fees and rents.
	We pay all expenses including real estate taxes.
	We cooperate with a CPA for income tax preparation and the annual compilation.
	We make quarterly tax deposits as required.
	We work with you to prepare the annual budget.
	We work to ensure adequate reserves for future repairs.
	We seek the highest interest possible on all savings accounts.
